Myspace has finally come through for me art-wise.

The challenge was to do something that reflected the other persons work.

I had a hard time at first coming up with a concept. I cruised through his images and what caught my eye was the rams skull. I love skulls, so I picked it up and ran with it. I started with a few preliminary drawings that totally flopped, then after cutting the skull down to it's now helmet-esque size it started to work. So, as is my general subject it became a women wearing the skull. I decided to place her inside the flower, since that too was something that repeatedly appeared in sLiPs work, the same was the case for the grotesque teeth. Although I improvised placing the teeth withing the flower, having them appear to be devouring or birthing the figure of the women.
