Today was my friend Mike's Birthday... I'm way too poor to buy him presents... but I bakes him cookies instead!
Can you guess what his favorite colour is?
PURPLE! I even made my makeup match! Oh I'm so awesome.
Recipe:
Shortbread <3
1/2c. Cornstarch
1/2c. Icing Sugar
1c. flour
3/4c. Butter(softened)
- sift together dry ingredients
- mix with a fork... then I suggest using your hands! It warms the butter up and makes them blend much better!
- roll to 1/2" and cut out as desired!
- bake for 10-15 minutes @ 350c
